The current students use the 4th room with the balcony as their lounge as they are just 3 people but in the past others have used all 4 rooms as 4 double bedrooms- it is your choice.

There is free street parking right outside and so many buses going past all day and night to Heriot Watt, Napier and the city centre.
The flat is most ideally suited for students as its perfect for all the universities
