When selecting a house to live in, there are three criteria’s yourmust be happy with. The quality of the property, the harmony of the house membersand the customer services of the management company/Landlord.

House members

All house members are selected to make sure that, they have thesame values as the house members that already live there to make sure everyonelives in harmony and enjoys there time at one of our managed properties. Wealso issue everyone with a set of house rules to make sure everyone knows howto behaviour in the house.

Property Standards

We are proud of this property and have made sure that the qualityis at a high standard. The kitchen and living spaces are new and all rooms havegreat beds and furniture.

This is a stunning highspec house, with five double bedrooms. Three rooms have En suites, which meansonly two people will be sharing the shared toilet and bathroom, making it easyto get ready in the morning.

We make sure that allour management properties are at a standard that we will be happy to live in.

House member care

Graham Howard Properties is a modern property management company,that understands, that the room and property you are letting, will become yourhome. So it is our priority to make sure you are as comfortable and as happy aspossible when you live in one of our managed properties. We have put systems inplace to make sure all communication is simple and recorded and therefore canbe dealt with quickly and effectively. All properties are covered with BritishGas Home Care, which means any plumbing, electric or gas concerns will be dealtby professionals.

Co-living Space

Although you are renting a room, you are living in a house and youneed space to live. Just living in your bedroom isn’t good enough. So we makesure you have a co-living space. A lounge area with a TV and sofa, so you canenjoy chilling out with your house mates. The kitchen also has a dinning area,so you can set up and enjoy your meals.
