There is on street parking available. Barton Road is a T-Junction Road so there is not masses of traffic. Parking permits are not expensive and available from Eastleigh Borough Council.

WHY DO YOU NOT CHARGE A DEPOSIT?
We are a throwback to how business was done many years ago, and place tremendous faith and trust in our customers (tenants) to look after the place and pay the rent on time. Property is a people's business after all and our vision is to cultivate strong working relationships.
Agents are landlords are no longer permitted to charge admin fees. We stopped doing this over a year ago. We also go one step further and do not charge for a deposit. We understand that in this day and age, some folks are unable to stump up close to a thousand pounds before they can move in and some people do live month to month.
