Hiya, I'm looking for someone to take my place in this 3 bedroom student flat. The other two students are lovely people and are looking for a quiet third who won't be up partying all night. Must be a full time student.

Rent is £130/month including bills and is a 12 month contract starting September. The property is located at Arlington Road in Eatbourne and is leased by a student letting agency. It is walking distance from the train station and town centre. If you don't mind getting the train to uni there are passes available that cost £20/week and allow you to take as many trains back and fourth between Eastbourne and Brighton.
