Our lovely house in Eastbourne's Old Town could be your home while we are away for a few months. It's in a quiet road, near Motcombe Gardens, St Mary's Church and The Lamb. Old Town Recreation Ground, Gildredge Park and the South Downs also within easy reach, as well as a supermarket (Waitrose) + some smaller shops, cafés and restaurants. Good schools in the area I'm told. Bus stop nearby, and it's not far away from the station either - you could even walk there. In our opinion, the location is brilliant! The house is a red-brick Edwardian end-of-terrace, with big windows and a few period features. Ground floor: Kitchen ~ 10 m², shower room ~ 2 m², living/dining room with fireplace (purely decorative!) ~ 31 m². 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 ~ 19 m² with double bed 180 x 200 cm, bedroom 2 ~ 11 m² with double bed 140 x 200 cm, bedroom 3 ~ 9 m² with double bed 140 x 200 cm, WC. 2nd floor: Bathroom ~ 9 m² with shower above bath and WC.
