I am looking for someone to take over my sublease of a silver studio apartment in Chapel Heights student accommodation from June 2023 to September 9, 2023 (4 months). The room is located on the first floor with a front view and plenty of sunlight. The price is £180 per week, which includes all bills; the original price is £209 per week. (The price and the dates are negotiable)
Facilities/Amenities:
* Well-located in downtown Durham, with easy access to public transportation (5-minute walk to the bus stop), and within walking distance to the language teaching centre (15 minutes-It is a good choice for language course students), School of Education (10 minutes), and the Bill Bryson Library of Durham University (20 minutes).
* Nearby Tesco supermarket（just a seven-minute walk away）.
* Plenty of space in the room; you can even put on a yoga mat and exercise.
* Complete facilities, including lifts, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, bread maker, oven, TV, etc.
* Access to gym, laundry room and cinema room provided by the apartment complex.
* 24-hour access control system and monitoring system to ensure safety. The apartment has its own equipment maintenance team, and any facility problems can be reported directly to the reception; the apartment maintenance team will solve the problem as soon as possible.
