We have One DOUBLE bedroom available  in a 4 person house .Looking for  Post grads/ Phd students to share with three other PhD students for the next Academic year 2024/25.Durham University.


The house is situated in a much sought after area of Durham ( Hallgarth Street) , so only a 5 minute walk to the library, sports centre, science site and city centre. 

The rent is 180 pounds per room per week starting from September 18,2024 for a 12 month contract.  . This includes the water rates , tv licence and internet. NOT Gas & Electricity which is extra cost shared by all tenants.

The house is newly redecorated and refurbished to a very high standard. 4 double bedrooms , shared modern kitchen, lounge, and shower room. Fully furnished.
The garden includes a lawn area as well as decking and outdoor seating.

We are looking for responsible people to look after and enjoy the house, fulltime PhD / Post grad students.
