The Sidings is a fantastic flat and Josie the landlady is very kind and supportive. 

The property is beautifully maintained and in a very pleasant small development 10 minutes walk from Durham city centre. It is bright and spacious and benefits from double-glazing which helps with energy costs. 

My daughter has just completed a very happy 3 year tenancy at The Sidings. Not only is the flat lovely but my daughter always felt extremely secure due to the support of landlady Josie and her husband Dave. They responded immediately to any issues that arose over the tenancy and always made every effort to treat my daughter the way they would have liked their own sons to be treated by landlords. Although always professional, they were caring, kind, understanding and fair. This approach was a tangible support to my daughter, many miles from family support and starting a career in an often very challenging environment.
