This is a gorgeous, recently refurbished penthouse apartment (3rd floor) in Dunstable.

Even though you technically only rent one room, you will effectively have the whole apartment to yourself most of the time, with the exception of my own room and en-suite bathroom, which I keep locked for my private use.

I usually come to stay in the apartment once a month for about a week for work, but the rest of the time you’ll be there by yourself.

I require you to pay the bills (with the exception of Internet, which I will cover because I need high speed connection when I’m there) but I will pay half of them for the time I am there. We will agree how much that is on a case-by-case basis.

Since my schedule is very packed when I'm staying, I need to be able to sleep soundly. This means that, when I am at the property, I need to ask that you keep it quiet at night, please.

I do not rent by week.

I'm looking for someone who wants to stay long term and who can take good care of the property.

I am happy to consider couples, but in that case the price is £700 in total, bills excluded.
