Pricing

Prices are based on single occupancy only, we charge £100 extra for one additional adult. Maximum occupancy for the rooms is 2 people. Minimum booking term is 1 month. We offer different prices to different rooms based on their sizes and decorative standard.

Security deposit equivalant to monthly cost payable to secure the bookings, one off cleaning fee will be applied upon check out. Deposit payment refundable at check out, terms and conditions apply. First month booking fee payable prior to checking in. Further bookings payable on monthly basis.

Standard furnishing: bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, desk and chair. Flat screen TV with freeview.
Kitchenette: kitchen sink, 2 ring hob and extractor fan, microwave, kettle, under counter fridge with built in freezer, storage cupboard.
Ensuite with walk in shower (Studio 109 and G40 offers bath and shower over bath).
Bedding, cookware dinnerwear not included, available upon request at extra cost.
