The Initial Rental Costs:


The RENT PAYMENT IS DUE IN ADVANCE ON A SUNDAY EACH WEEK TO BE RECEIVED BY THE LANDLORD BY NOON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.


THE FIRST RENTAL PAYMENT:

If the contract commence on a Sunday the First FULL week (Sunday to Saturday) payment is due in advance prior to or upon signing of the contract. 

if the contract commence on any other day than a Sunday, the days up-to and including Saturday are added to your first full week (Sunday to Saturday) rent advance.

eg. if the contract commenced on a Monday the first 6 days are calculated at £18 per day (£108) plus the first full week rent (£127) totalling £235 is due prior to, or upon signing of contract.



SECURITY DEPOSIT of £762 equal to 6 weeks rental is also due in advance prior to or upon signing of the contract.
Your deposit will be held under a protection scheme and released in full back to you after your tenancy has ended, less any deductions as per contract. 

Bottom Line: The minimum advance due upon signing of the contract is £889 the maximum advance payment requirement would not be more than £997 (not counting any reference costs)

The NEXT WEEKLY Payment is in advance or on or before the Sunday after the first full week (Sunday to Saturday) after your tenancy commence and on or before every Sunday thereafter until your tenancy end.

Payments after your first payment are to be made by bank Standing Order.


If at any time you wish to make additional advance rent payments these are usually acceptable provided any such payments are equal to weekly increments.


New contracts commencing in June or July are only offered on a minimum of 8 months as apposed to the standard minimum of 6 months for new contracts commencing any other months of the year. 


The contract you sign will be contracted on a weekly basis with a minimum term. You may choose to give notice to leave at end of the minimum term, otherwise provided you have not been given notice to leave, if you wish, you may simply continue with the same contract, alternatively you may request a new minimum term contract.

CREDIT REFERENCE
