One bedroom self contained flat attached to an 18th century farmhouse is available to rent from September 2023.
Although the flat is self-contained, we are hoping for a tenant who is happy to blend in with our family life (e.g. likes kids, dogs and being next to a working farm).

The property is located in a quiet rural village in Wiltshire within a 15-20 minute drive of Devizes, Pewsey and Marlborough. There is a bus stop a short walk away and the village has its own cosy pub, village hall and church.

The Property
An open plan bedroom is located on the first floor of the property with a king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Curtains are included. There is also one bathroom on this floor with toilet, basin and shower.

The kitchen / living/ dining room on the ground floor is the heart of the property, with an open fire and a newly fitted kitchen. A dining table and chairs, coffee table, sofa, smart tv and some white goods are included along with curtains and blind.

There is an entrance hall on the ground floor with plenty of space to store coats, shoes and more.

The garden area is shared with us (the family who live in the farmhouse) we are happy to come to an agreement on a specific area of the garden for you to use. 

Parking
There is parking on our drive for one car.

Rent
Rent is £720 per month to include electricity, water and broadband.

Council tax is approx £115 (including single person discount)

We would prefer to rent to one person.  1 pet may be considered but we would prefer no pets.
