The kitchen having all brand new appliances - washing machine and dryer, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle. In the rent i have included the cleaning of communal areas once a week, so you will be looking after only your room. Deposit of 300£ will be taken if you wish to secure the room and its will cover damages when you will leave. The deposit will be non refundable if you changed your mind after all arrangements.
