The property is a three bed semi-detached, with front and rear garden (also a garage if a small amount of storage is required). 

The property consists of two receptions rooms and a separate kitchen.  The front sitting room has a 2-3 seater sofa and snuggle chair, with coffee table.  The rear sitting room, has an L-shaped sofa and dining table which leads onto the rear garden.  There are TV's in both rooms, with Netfix.
There is a newly fitted kitchen, with excellent appliances, including microwave/oven, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. 

The room for let is at the rear of the property, which has recently been decorated, there is a double bed, chest of drawers and beside table.  There are large fitted wardrobes, with storage above and also storage available under the bed.  There is a TV available for this room if required.  The dimensions of the room are3.62* 3.33m.

I am looking to share with a professional working person, who is clean and tidy. They also need to like or be used to dogs as there is a 3.5 year old French bulldog who takes up residency within the property.  

I also work from home two days per week, but enjoy going to the gym, walking the pooch and having a glass of wine or two on the weekend.
