About the home

In this shared home, we have 1 double en-suite bedroom available, designed with a Scandinavian-inspired interior. There is a kitchen space and dining area with a shared TV. The home also benefits from a shared garden.

The house is within walking distance to Derby Royal Hospital and the City Centre, with good bus routes along this road and nearby.

Each bedroom is furnished with a small double bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 wardrobe, a chest of 3 drawers and 2 stunning bedside pendant lights. There is an aerial in each room, so please feel free to set up your own TV if you wish.

The kitchen is furnished with a dining table and pendant light, microwave, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, gas hob, cups, glasses, table wear, cutlery, utensils, tea towels and oven gloves.

All our rooms are available on an all-inclusive basis. In other words, you can walk in with your bags or suitcase and mobile phone and begin to make yourself feel right at home. The rent advertised includes all bills, covering highspeed broadband, gas and electricity.
