Sharing bathroom and kitchen, both rooms have patio doors opening onto a shared terrace area (which we aim to partition to create individual terrace areas/private outdoor space for each room).  There is 1 parking space per room on driveway.  £650 per room inclusive of bills.

We may consider creating a semi-independent flat with own kitchen and shared bathroom or other configuration, depending on our situation and timescales. Rent would be more if so.  Happy to talk through. 

Please note we have 2 very well behaved senior poodles, 1 standard and 1 miniature, so must like and be comfortable around animals.  For this reason we would not be able to accept anyone with pets.

All rooms are ground floor. Can let unfurnished or part furnished. Double glazing and central heating throughtout.
