Getting back, there is a regular bus service from the town centre which makes it easy to enjoy the nightlife too.

With cobbled streets lined with historic buildings, Dartmouth sits on the banks of the River Dart, and it offers something for everyone all year round. Summer sees the Dartmouth Royal Regatta attract visitors in their thousands to enjoy air displays, sailing and fireworks that light the entire valley. For the foodies, the local restaurants serve up fresh, local seafood with gusto, and you’ll find attractions such as Agatha Christie’s Greenway and the Dartmouth Steam Railway just a ferry ride away ion the other side of the Dart.
