The Area

A one bedroom, recently renovated top floor maisonette in a two storey property is available to rent from the 15th March.

The property is located on a quiet, residential street yet is just a 5-10 minute walk away from Dartford train station (zone 8). There are a number of local bars and restaurants as well as a few handy convenience shops including a well stocked co op situated next to the Mill Pond lake.
Dartford town centre is very close also and has everything you might need including banks, retail shops, coffee shops and a supermarket.

The Property

The property an ideal home for a couple or single.

It has a private ground floor entrance which has an automatic outside light above it. Inside has a small hall area and stair case leading to the top floor. The front door is a triple point locking composite door. Running up the side wall of the stairs is a full length rustic shoe rack.

Coming from the stair landing into the heart of the property, is a large open plan kitchen, diner and lounge with oak flooring running throughout. There are two large windows which let light flood in and two full length velvet curtains which almost black out the room when needed.

Regarding storage, there is also an airing cupboard with plenty of shelving and a washing machine inside, accessed by double doors from the hall.
From the lounge there is another large cupboard, inside which, is a chest of draws ideal for additional storage.
Outside the front door is a further storage cupboard.
There is also the possibility of storing some items in the loft but this will need to be discussed and arranged as it will not be left accessible because the loft is not intended for heavy loading.

The house is connected to gas and has a vaillant combination boiler.

Parking

Outside there is off-road private parking for one car, however there are no parking restrictions on the road either. The private space has a lockable post if needed.
