Double room available to rent in Dagenham in a 3 bedroom terraced house with 1 bathroom. The house is across the street from Morrison's, there are bus stops one minute walk away each way, with Dagenham Heathway 10-15 minutes bus ride away.

The bedroom is unfurnished.

Bills are not included, they would add up to roughly about 80£. Can only provide wireless internet.

The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, gas cooker and oven, fridge all available to use at any time. 

The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and a small wall cabinet for storage. 

Heating works great, there is hot water running at all times. The boiler is new so there won't be any issues.

We are looking for someone serious and down to earth that has their money ready on time. We will not accept delays on rent and bills under no circumstance.
