5-10mins from Barking Stations, Seven Kings Station, Goodmayes Station and Becontree Station. Plenty of bus stops outside the flat. Easy access to central London (25-30mins into Liverpool street).

The flat is converted from an old university. It benefits from ample space and high ceilings.

I am looking for a female professional to share the space with. You will have a larger than average double room with a shower ensuite.

The living space is open but spacious each are clearly defined as kitchen, dining and living area.

Rent includes most bills. Heat and Electricity bills will be split. These should be around £100 a month combined. Broadband, water, TV streaming services, council tax are included in rent. Deposit is one month's rent protected and kept at a government protected scheme.

I am neat and tidy and have a good social life. Looking for someone with similar background.

I would highly recommend visiting the flat as the pictures don't do the space justice.

We have a communal garden, our own bike storage, security entry and free parking outside the building.

The area boasts with lots of green parks, gyms and tennis courts (free).
