I am looking for professional tenants who are in full time employment.

I am looking for long term tenants and will offer longer contracts once we have established a reliable record.

My History as a Landlord

I manage 5 properties now, this will be my 5th.

I offer a proactive service where I make sure the propertyis at a very high standard and then make it better.

Any remedial work or repairs will be done quickly and permanent solutions will be put in place.

Most of the fixtures and fittings are insured by the service charge I pay so I will proactively repair items that are broken.

You are free to talk to my other tenants if you wish to. Ihave built a solid relationship with my tenants some of which have been with mefor 6 or more years. I am happy for you to talk to them so they can inform you first hand how I operate.

I will be available 24/7.

As I only manage a few properties I can offer better response times.

Most of the items in the property are insured so you wont have to wait days on end if things break down.

Once the intitial 6 month tenancy is over I will be looking to offer longer 2 year tenancy agreement with fixed rents for peace of mind.

I want a tenant to live here long-term, as long as you care for the property and keep paying the rent we will have a good relationship.
