There are local bus links located under 2 minutes walk away from the house. Great if you are someone that is commuting to work.

The tram station is a 8-10 minute walk. Sandi lanes is the closest tram station. The bus ride to east Croydon Station is a 8-10 minute bus ride away.

East Croydon station there are lots links in to central London and Gatwick Airport.

The local high street is also within a 10-15 minute bus ride. There are lots of restaurants, bars & shops.
