Aaron is a 28 year old professional who works Monday to Friday (work from home days vary) he enjoys jogging, going to the gym, but his main hobby is roller skating so you won’t see much of him in the evenings especially now that summer is coming.
When he is at home he pretty much keeps to himself so you will not be disturbed, unless he makes a large batch of food in which case he will give your door a knock and offer you some! He occasionally drinks but this will be before he goes out to socialise.
Note: Our lease ends on 1 September 2024 so this is the reason for the short term of 4 months. However, you are more than welcome to renew the lease if you decide to remain in the property. You can discuss this with Aaron who can provide you with the Estate Agents details.
