OPTION 1  for the whole house £2000 (bills not included) 

OPTION 2 is for a lodger who would have the house to themselves much of the time. £1600 (bills not included) (Could split for two people £850 for the very big double room and £750 for the good size double.)

 I would be renting out under the “ lodgers scheme” which means this opportunity would be perfect for:
• A single parent with a kid
• A person who would like an extra room for work
• A person who’s partner likes to stay over and have their own space
• Two friends

You would have to 2 private bedrooms, (one of them is a good sized double or could be used a sunny office, the other is huge double room) access to 2 bathrooms, Dining room, Kitchen, Front and back garden, off-road parking and option to rent a Garage. (£100 per month) 

The house is on a friendly street opposite a beautiful protected nature reserve (Waddon ponds). I have the best neighbours.
Rail links are 10 mins walk
Waddon to London Bridge 22mins
Waddon to Victoria     30mins
There are direct trains from East Croydon to Gatwick and Brighton. You can be on the beach in just over an hour!
The Purley Way is a few mins walk but not close enough to hear with shops like Sainsburys, Lidl, Ikea, TK Maxx, Starbucks etc. It's like having an Oxford street to yourself sometimes!

Gyms, Trampoline park, Cinema, Bowling and Bedford park all approx 20 min walk

I am a DJ and Music Producer, a nature lover and founder of Conscious Explorers. If you pick OPTION 2 you will never be bothered by noise (unless you are musician and then we can jam!)  I work predominantly on headphones and I believe consideration and respect are the key to a harmonious house. I’m very into healthy living and wellbeing. My wonderful girlfriend visit's occasionally, but I travel a lot and you will often have the whole house to yourself.

Minimum contract 1 year with a break clause after 3 months
References and 1 month rent deposit (kept in safe account) and one month rent in advance. (For either option)
