We have one bright double en-suite room available now in this LOVELY house. The room is upstairs towards the back of the property and overlooks the allotments. The house is a short walk from the train station, and near to a large supermarket and local shops. All bills are included in the rental price including superfast broadband, utility bills, council tax and regular cleaner.

All rooms are hardwired with CAT6 sockets and aerial points. They are soundproofed and insulated for warmth and comfort.

Your room is furnished to the highest standards and includes:

- Blackout lined curtains
- Fully carpeted and insulated against sound from other people.

What about the bathroom and kitchen?

In addition, as standard you will share a large shower room (with no more than 2 people). Two rooms have en-suites and there is a large shower room upstairs and a wet room downstairs so there are no rushes for the bathroom in the morning! The house is centrally heated and has plenty of hot running water!

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker and hob, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. There is a separate utility room which houses the boiler and where the washing machine and tumble dryer are installed. We also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to move in and live, so we also provide pots, pans and cooking utensils and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! Although we also provide a regular cleaner for all communal areas.

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?

We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, £150 which we deposit with the Deposit Protection Service to ensure your deposit is safe. When you leave the property as you found it with no outstanding rent or costs, your deposit will be refunded.
