All of the crockery and cooking equipment is provided and the communal areas are also cleaned weekly by Ox Living. There are a couple of shared bathrooms in the property - one on each floor. You will also have access to the rear garden where you will find a lockable shed. Street parking available at the back of the property on a first-come-first-served basis.
THE ROOM
The rooms come fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a desk and chair. ALL bills included no hidden fees!!
NO DEPOSIT OPTION
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
