In the sitting area, there are two leather sofas, and in the kitchen, there is a dining table with chairs, and a flat screen TV where you can relax and enjoy a drink after busy day at work.

There is private garden to the rear which includes a bike shed.

We have included all the bills in your monthly rent - water, gas &electric, council tax, superfast broadband and the tv licence for the flatscreen tv in the communal area. This means that you only make one payment and you don't need to worry about the bills!

We have also included cleaning of the common parts of the house once a month.
