We live in the adjoining house and require access to the shed via the back garden, and access to the park, also through the garden. Shed access is irregular. Park access is morning & evening: but simply to walk through to the back gate. 

We have our own separate garden on the other side of the house & there is a gate between the 2 gardens so our dogs are totally contained in our area.


Parking is on-street around the side of the property as the drive only has easy access for 2 cars.


Easy access to the main UK motorway network M1, M6, M69 and M45. For non drivers the village sits on the main bus route between Coventry and Rugby making access to either straight forward. Leamington and Warwick are easily accessible and perfect for workers at local automotive OEMs.


You may have heard of the recent floods in Wolston ... despite being situated near the Brook, we were lucky that our building was not affected / flooded at all, due to it's slightly elevated position.
