You'll be sharing the house with another professional female lodger and myself. The house has two full-sized bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. My other lodger lives on the top floor of the townhouse and has her own bathroom so you would be sharing the first floor bathroom with just me. It is important to note that my frequent travel abroad and daily gym visits (I tend to shower there) mean you'll often have the first-floor bathroom to yourself. 

The kitchen, shared with the other lodger and me, is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and washing machine, catering to all your culinary needs.

Cotgrave offers a peaceful countryside escape with easy access to Nottingham's city centre. With bus links just outside and a selection of dining options including Italian restaurants and pubs nearby, it's a convenient and charming place to live.

The rent includes one parking space in front of the house, adding to the convenience for those with a car.
