This lovely early-Georgian house has loads of character and has been extensively refurbished and redecorated. There is a large garden with terrace, and a large bright kitchen. It's in the middle of the town centre, but tucked away in a private, leafy courtyard with electric gates. It's five minutes walk to town station, thirty seconds to shops, restaurants, bars etc. The perfect balance of peaceful and accessible.

The bedroom is a large and comfortable double, with south-facing windows and French doors opening into the garden. There is a bathroom shared with one other housemate. The kitchen on the ground floor is shared with all, with each person having a private food cupboard.

We are live-in landlords with two friendly dogs. Rent includes wireless broadband, a weekly cleaner and all other bills. Deposit equal to one month's rent.

This room is for single occupancy only (no couples) and there's no parking available. We are looking for a tidy, well-balanced, respectful, non-smoking professional person or mature student.
