It is so good to just park and then wander leisurely around the gem town of Cockermouuth. It’s very relaxing to not have to drive anywhere local. The home has a good vibe feel and the house mates will make you very welcome. 

The home is in a really unique, fantastic downtown location on a quiet cul-de -sac next to a little walking alley that will take you directly on to the Main Street in seconds.

Here you will find many good cafes serving speciality coffees, gyms, pubs, Gregg’s, Boots and many great restaurants and takeaways. The Spice Club is a favourite Indian close by.

A three minute walk will find you at the Castle Bar - a CAMRA award winning pub built in the 16th Century. The Kirkgate theatre hosts live music and events is also a three min walk away. The medical centre, the Leisure Centre, Sainsbury’s and speciality shops are all within very easy walking distance of less than 5 mins walk.

There are rooms over 3 floors, 3 bathrooms and a utility room. 

You will be renting a large, (17’ x 11’) spacious bedroom in an historic house and sharing 1 of the 3 bathrooms and the kitchen/communal space.

Parking.
There are parking spaces available with a purchased residents permit in the nearby well lit car park or on the street with disc parking. Approx £22 a month.

House mates may have some movie nights, meals together and hike in The Lakes on occasion. 
Bills are included up to a capped monthly amount. As prices have risen recently there may be some months when this amount is exceeded. Excess bills are divided and paid between current housemates.
