Room in a Shared Flat, Claremont Hall, BS21

Hi there. I have a room to rent in my 2 bedroom apartment in Clevedon. The apartment is located within a historic building in Clevedon; Claremont Hall.
It is located a short walk from the town centre, Hill Road and the seafront. Bus stops that give access to Bristol and other local towns are a very short walk from the flat.
The room is currently unfurnished but I am willing to furnish it for a long term renter (at a potential increase in the monthly rent charge).
The kitchen has just been completely remodelled so is up to date and very modern. The bathroom is next on the list to be remodelled (something id hope to do in the next 12 months or so).
The room also comes with plenty of off-street parking,
About me- I travel quite a bit for work, with nights away (sometime for a couple of weeks at a time). I also regularly spend weekends away in Oxford (where my partner is based). As a result, I am away from the flat quite a bit so you would semi-often have the entire flat to yourself. I am fairly sociable, so like to watch tv, go to the pub, maybe even gigs and similar, and I also enjoy my own time and space. I am happy to socialise or spend my time on my own :)
The council tax band for the property is Band B.
