Ground floor one bed flat. Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge. Just had 20k refurb as if we were going to live there, not as a normal "rental" property. Was a shop since built in early 1800s, so totally new throughout. Note solid oak floor and skirtings throughout, not horrid laminate. 
Rental prices are quite ridiculous now, so have tried to price fairly with a view to condition, location, and for a hopefully long term let. This is our income, not our business.Just looking for a tenant who pays rent, looks after property, and is empathetic to neighbours. Maybe someone wants to live somewhere as opposed to passing through.
There are two other flats at 28, so access is a shared passage/courtyard. The property is 200 years old and listed, but flat 3 has been extensively worked on with solid oak floor, and all outside brick and stone walls are lined/insulated. The E EPC is due to the original front windows being protected.
Initial lease is standard 6 months shorthold tenancy that can be mutually tuneable if require more security of occupancy and rent etc.

The fridge has a small freezer compartment, the washer is 8Kgs and has a fast economy programme. Fans in kitchen and bathroom are latest humistat type. Heaters are electric Ecostrad, there is instant hot water, and Mira shower.Rates will be band A, and being banded imminently. Water is Severn trent. Electric is EDF. There are no aerials or landline fitted, as 4G is good. Flat 2 uses an Amazon Firestick, like a Roku, to run his TV, as we now do at home. Can see there is a broom cupboard, hanging and shelved wardrobes, and space for dressing table/chest drawers/PC desk etc.Not suitable for pets due to town location. Parking is free in Cleobury, and have never had a problem getting parked either out front, or in car Park behind Talbot. For moving in it is possible to park briefly right by front door, which is only used really for that purpose. Main door is up the rear.
If contacting/enquiring, please let us know your background/position etc? Age, circumstances, employment, motivation for Cleobury specifically etc. It would help a lot with initial filtering of applications. Flat is vacant as initial tenant was laid off his contract after only 3 months, so had to return to Luton.
