2 lodgers share 1 bathroom. 
Lovely views over Leckhampton hills. 
Peaceful, friendly, homely house in a quiet area. Enough space to be sociable and also have your own privacy. Lovely front and back garden with decking. Chickens in back garden. We are all mostly working at home during the day. The landlady runs small weekly children's classes once a week downstairs.
The house is very close to open countryside and woodland on Leckhampton hill, with the popular Bath Rd in easy walking distance for many local food shops and cafes.
Free road parking all around.
Moving date after 21st January, this could be negotiated for a mid-Feb moving date.
