Double room only ( not whole house ) for rent. 15 mins walk to town center, 20 mins to train station.

The house have 3 levels, I'm living down the basement with my partner with my own toilet, 2 double rooms for rent on the first floor with sharing toilet between 2 rooms. There is a male lodger in room 2. Sharing area will be on the ground floor with spacious living room , kitchen , dining room and washing machine. Bills included: water, council tax band C, internet, energy bills ( heating turn off at midnight & when lodger not at home, no extra electric heater allow ). Free off street parking. 1 month deposit require which will return to lodgers when tenancy end.

Room is for one person only, not suitable for couple & children visit. No Smoking, no vaping, no pets please. Reference required.

Preferably someone doesn't cook much.
