We moved into our home 3 years ago and fully renovated it top to bottom. As such it is done to a high standard to our own taste, and not fitted as a typical rental house. We are now renting it out as we're moving abroad. The property will be managed by us remotely with a local friend available to help with anything that needs doing, so you don't need to deal with any agents.
