Emerald lodge is a 3 bed semi-detached house near the centre of Chelmsford.

The home comprises of 3 bedrooms with 5 beds suitable for 6 guests.

The living space:

The living space is split. We have a fully furnished living room with a 3 person sofa and an additional chair for ample seating. There is a smart TV with Netflix provided and beautiful decorative features throughout making this a great room to relax after a days work or a day visiting the city.

Dining room:

The dining room is further down the hall and has a dining table and chairs, feature wall and decorative pieces making a lovely space to enjoy food together, potentially work from the table or host an off site meeting.

Kitchen:

The kitchen has everything you could need including oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer all provided.

There is complimentary spices, herbs, oil, toiletries, sanitiser, dishwasher and washing machine tablets and coffee pods also. We hope to help you ease into your stay and have a few luxuries for when you arrive and trust these extras will make your stay all the more comfortable.

Bedrooms:

The top floor bedroom is a double with a toilet and sink en-suite.

The other 2 bedrooms or the first floor have 2 single beds in each room that can be put together to create super king size double beds.

Bathroom:

The main bathroom is on the first floor and has a a shower above the bath, bath, toilet and sink. The bathroom is a nice size with lovely wood panelling and feature walls and decorative features and mirror.

The Garden:

80ft with a decking sun trap at the rear with garden furniture including a table, chairs and parasol provided. Great for a glass of your favourite tipple and time spent enjoying the sun.
