They are a friendly, sociable and respectful person and values the house as a quiet and harmonious retreat, and the ideal lodger would be someone whose social and romantic life doesn’t disturb this feeling of the house primarily as a sanctuary. This means someone who would not be having partners or children round. They would be a pleasant, friendly, respectful and agreeable person they can get on with and someone who respects the house and their housemate. The lodger should be comfortable with diversity, including people from different racial backgrounds, sexual orientations, social classes and with trans people, and someone who has few if any visitors.

The landlord is particularly looking for lodgers who are by nature clean and tidy. They are particularly seeking vegans/veggies or someone who will not be cooking meat in the house.
