6 minute drive away from Chatham station and 8 minute drive to the town centre.

We are open to short-term stays (less than 3 months) and the price can be negotiated.

Current occupants are the landlords (a couple with a 9 month old baby).

Room is for single occupancy only. Preferably a female.

All bills are included.

Deposit required (Refundable at the end of tenancy).
