HOUSE RULES
1. No guests
2. Do not allow pets in the home
3. Do not allow shoes in the home. Please take off your shoes at the front door
4. Keep noise levels low after 10pm.
5. We have a zero tolerance policy on illegal drugs.
6. You must be respectful and courteous of my neighbours
7. Guest must be named in the reservation. No unauthorised guests will be allowed in the home
8. If a door is locked in the home please DO NOT forceable open it.
9. Smoking not permitted indoors. You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.
Note: will require bank statement to validate proof of income. ID will be copied which will be provided back to tenant at end of tenancy.
