During the low season i.e. between November and March we welcome longer stay guests. Length of stay is flexible.  Price includes council tax, water rates, TV license, unlimited WiFi, private waste collection and private parking right outside the apartment.
Electricity which is charged at cost according to meter readings. Heating is with modern efficient panel radiators. Rent variable depending up on duration of occupancy 
Our "Quayside" apartment is one of 6 apartments in what used to be Cemaes Bay School and is located at the rear of the building with a pleasant outlook. The harbour and sea view can be enjoyed as soon as you step out of the communal front door. The beach, harbour and quaint High St are just 100 yards away from the front door as is the village centre with several nice pubs, cafes and restaurants. 
The original school playground is now our private, tarmaced car park for exclusive use of the apartment owners. There is also a small, brick outbuilding suitable for storage, bicycle etc.
