Hi there, welcome to our beautiful house, we are heading to Australia for at least 2 years to finally see family and have some help with the three kids (new twins arrived in Nov 2022) for a while.
Our house has just been completed after 4 years of hard work. It comes with a brand new, beautiful fitted kitchen and bathroom, with all new large appliances (american fridge/freezer, Washing machine, Dishwasher, shower, bathtub, toilet) bathroom has amazing rainfall showerhead and tiled shower and cast iron bathtub (the best feature of the entire house in my opinion).
Ideally we would like to let the property furnished, although if anything is not needed/wanted we try to remove it.
Please forgive some of the messier rooms in the pictures but they do show the size and style of the house.
We would love a couple or a family we can trust with this property for a minimum of 1 year but will be available for a number of years if needed.
Full elec,plumbing and gas insurance and trade call out will come with the property in the unlikely event they are needed, and obviously i will always be available on whatsapp.
The garden is secluded, very big and beautiful, especially in summer, has a pond and an Indian fire bowl/bbq, picnic area and table, glasshouse, the back garden and front patio have a great view of the valley as do the two front rooms with bay windows. Given the size of the garden and the variety of plants this house would be perfectly suited to anyone that enjoys the outdoors and gardening, the surrounding areas have some amazing walks as well.
It is secluded and peaceful, with easy access for Caterham high street and easy parking close to the house.
Whyteleafe South and Caterham Station are about a 15 min walk away.
Has an amazing Fireplace for winter. (with sweep cert)
