Room in a Shared Flat, Pen-Y-Lan, CF23

Hello! 

I am going away for all of August and am looking for someone to take over my room during this time period. 

It is in a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms - the room I am renting is ensuite with a double bed. We have a small balcony as well as a rooftop terrace, both with a beautiful view overlooking Cardiff. There is off road car parking is available.  

The apartment is located 30mins walk from the city centre (however there are also bus stops right outside the house if you prefer this) and 5 mins from Roath park. There is a mini high street (Wellfield Road) located 7 minutes away with a Tesco and multiple cute cafes. 

The other girl living in this apartment is a 24yr old with a lovely small dog called Jelly.
