Roath Park recreation ground is 5 minutes walk from the house.
Buses from Albany Road and Wellfield Road connect to most other areas of the City, including the centre and most of the University campuses.
Half rent (and half bills) is charged in July and August for any tenants not occupying the property for the whole of these months, although belongings may be stored over this period.
Permits for on street parking can be purchased from the Council.
