A very large, light and airy kitchen looks out to a new leafy back garden where there is secure bike storage. The kitchen has premium appliances (induction hob, 2 ovens, silent Bosch dishwasher and washing machine and a Smeg tumble drier). It is fully equipped and has more than enough cupboard and workspace.

This cosy house has new carpets throughout and a new boiler. Many walls have also been double insulated making the house warm and dry.

As you walk through the hallway and landing, sensors light the way for ease of use. There’s a very large cupboard for extra shared storage space and plenty of room for coats and shoes etc.

All mattresses are high quality and new. One room has its own outdoor area.

The whole house feels vibrant and colourful and has been tastefully decorated. Shelves and desks have been custom built so they won’t break and are designed for your room. HDMI sockets in all rooms. TV sockets in most rooms. Blackout blinds are fitted to most rooms.

The living room has a large smart TV and the license is paid for, as is a Netflix subscription. The TV is connected to external speakers that also work from a Bluetooth amplifier so you can play music from your phone.

A cleaner will visit fortnightly to blitz the communal areas.

We are private but professional landlords and can put you in touch with our other tenants who will testify to our level of care and professionalism. We want you to be happy in the house and are open to 'wish list' requests, i.e. the things that`ll help turn a good home into a great home - we'll do our best to satisfy. LOCATION

Just around the corner from plenty of restaurants and pubs on a quiet street. Beautiful Roath Park is a few minutes walk away. The house is a six minute cycle to University Hospital and a 25 minute walk to the city centre.

WHO WE’D LIKE TO LIVE HERE

We have poured our heart and soul into this house and we would love a respectful group of sharers to enjoy it. It’s a quiet street, so if you want to party every night, this place isn’t for you! If you enjoy cooking, socialising, are easy going and conscientious, then this house may just be your future home. Half rent during July and August for students who won’t be living there.

We would prefer a mixed group or females, but will consider male only groups. Students, post graduates or professionals considered. For non-students the total rent is increased by £35 to cover council tax.
