Nb. the photos are slightly old - from the start of the previous tenancy. The condition of the apartment is great, but there is a family + kids living there (2022) so I've used old photos from previous listings as kids (as to be expected) have stuff all over the floor, etc.

The balcony door has been replaced with a large/wide sliding door (as opposed to the installed open-out ones) which is a single pane of glass. This is why the photos might be slightly different.
