Haus, there’s nothing we enjoy more than visiting a Stunning Home and this really peaked our interest.



Nestled perfectly between the affluent Pontcanna area and the bustling High Street of Canton, this high specification apartment, complete with furnishings has been expertly designed to fulfill your needs



Walking from the quiet side street, you’re met with an enclosed, private garden area that’s exclusive to the Apartment and a definite asset in such a high demand location. Entering inside from the communal hallway servicing three other apartments, you’re met with a beautifully appointed open plan lounge dining area with a stunning, large bay window with shutters that has the sun flooding in.



The furnishings are a mix of modern and vintage, I was particularly impressed by the larger than average L sofa fitting into the space very well. The fact that it doubles as an easy fold out bed for those nights a few friends stay is another bonus.


The dining space is compact but in exchange does have a wide breakfast bar area that looks onto the kitchen and is complete with two bar stools, perfect for a morning croissant and coffee.



Leading into the kitchen, the decor is to die for. Elegant and cleanly decorated with a modern appointed kitchen and some of the most beautiful shelving spaces you could imagine. A feast for the eyes, beautifully satisfied with a modern oven and hob.



Off the kitchen is a fantastic storage cupboard that runs the length of the kitchen area and has room for a bike if needed.



Then heading into what I would say was the most delightful and surprising part of the home; the bathroom. Usually a bleak disappointment in modern apartments, this one bucked the trend and instead had thoroughly modern subway tiles and black accessories with some delightful touches that soften the space into something you’d happily spend hours bathing in (and the Toilet is perfectly positioned as an iPad holder for Netflix in the bath)



Heading around into the comfortable Bedroom, it firstly has an integrated cupboard that could be doubled as a linen cupboard or small wardrobe although judging by the enormous wardrobe already in the space, I don’t think you’ll be needing it. Also having a small desk in the room under the window makes it a perfect space for catching up on some light paperwork.



All in all, a truly gorgeous home that you’d be pleased to call your own. Perfect for an individual or couple with a small pet
