The landlord is friendly and reliable taking pride in keeping the building in a high standard of repair and responding quickly should repairs be necessary. As a result, most students choose to stay for two years and some have remained for three. 

The landlord wishes to refund the full deposit to his students and has done so for the last four groups of tenants.
