• Six studios can accommodate a maximum of two people and each comes with one bathroom.
• There are also three premium studios with private bathrooms which are for up to four people. 
• The studios are spacious and designed to offer a warm and relaxing ambience with plenty of light. 
• The living area in each studio is clean and simplistic, consisting of a large room with a double bed and a flat-screen TV.
• The modern kitchens feature an oven and a microwave, along with all the necessary cutlery and utensils. 
• There are also two washing machines and dryers available to use in the communal area.

* Please note, that these properties are not wheelchair accessible and on-site parking is unfortunately not available. However, you can park your car on the single yellow line on Napier Street for free from 5 pm to 9 am.

I) Booking cancellation conditions:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before the move-in date. Later cancellations have to pay 100% of the first month’s rent.

II) Termination Policy: 30 day's notice
The duration remaining 30 days after the termination date will be refunded.

III) Mandatory Inspections: Weekly
Inspections will be carried out with advance notice and are intended to ensure guests’ safety and address any maintenance concerns promptly.
