This Victorian house has 12 full-sized individual bedrooms, each boasting a private en-suite bathroom and some featuring beautiful views of the garden or city. The maximum occupancy of each room is 1 person, barring two studio rooms which can sleep 2. There is a single or a double bed in each room and the bathroom is fitted with an enclosed shower. The hallways and corridors are shared between guests and there is a large communal kitchen available to use. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven and microwave, along with a large range of cutlery and utensils.

Each room is fitted with a flat-screen TV and offers complimentary coffee and tea. There is also an iron and ironing board in each room, as well as a hairdryer. The entire house is fitted with heating to ensure a good night's sleep throughout the winter months. There are also two washing machines and dryers located in the communal areas.

Please note, that these properties are not wheelchair accessible. On-site parking is unfortunately not available.

The stunning city centre of Cambridge is just a 10-minute walk away, allowing easy and frequent travel from the rooms, whether for business or sightseeing purposes. Featuring endless shops and restaurants, along with many historic museums and churches, Cambridge has something to offer for everyone. Grafton shopping centre, which includes a Waitrose and Primark, is also within walking distance.

Cambridge City Rooms are sandwiched between Cambridge University Cricket and Tennis Club and Anglia Ruskin University, so they are ideal for sports enthusiasts or University visitors. The beautiful Parker’s Piece recreation park is a 30-second walk away, providing the perfect spot to exercise or relax after a busy day, for guests desiring a more active stay, Parkside Pools and Gym is located just across the road.

I) Booking cancellation conditions:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before the move-in date. Later cancellations have to pay 100% of the first month’s rent.

II) Termination Policy: 30 day's notice
The duration remaining 30 days after the termination date will be refunded.

III) Mandatory Inspections: Weekly
Inspections will be carried out with advance notice and are intended to ensure guests’ safety and address any maintenance concerns promptly.
